CHECK-IN / CHECk-OUT POLICIES

Check-in at Riad Dar-K is from 3 pm. Check-out is at 12 am the latest. Would you have any request about early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, we will try our best to satisfy your demand, depending on rooms occupancy.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ROOM BOOKINGS

Cancellation policy applies as follows for any room booking at Riad Dar-K:
- Cancellation 15 days or more before the date of arrival: Free cancellation.
- Cancellation 14 days or less before the date of arrival: 100% of the stay is due

SPECIAL policy for privatizationS

For full rental and privatization of the Riad, the following specific Terms & Conditions applies:
- Riad Dar-K can be rented in exclusivity for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.
- Booking is confirmed after payment of 50% of the total stay as deposit by credit card or wire transfer, the balance is payable 31 days before arrival.
- Cancellation 61 days or more before the date of arrival: Free cancellation.
- Cancellation 60 days to 31 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the stay is due.
- Cancellation 30 days or less before the date of arrival: 100% of the stay is due.
- Privatizations for the period 21st of December, 2024 to January 4th, 2025 included are non-refundable.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

By booking through our booking engine, you will be asked to communicate a valid credit card as a guarantee. The validity of the card will be automatically verified but no amount will be charged as we do not take any deposit or prepayment before your stay. You will pay on site at the Riad during your stay (except for full rental of the Riad as a privatization, please see below Special Policy for Privatization).
We do accept payment by credit cards (Visa and Mastercard only) or by cash. We do offer 5% discount on the room rate if you pay by cash (in dirhams or euros).
Extras (transfers, transportation, lunches & dinners) have to be paid by cash exclusively at the end of your stay before check-out.

TOURISTIC TAXES

The touristic tax in Morocco is 2.50€ / per day / per person. It is not included in the room rate.

EXCHANGE RATE

Our prices are based on a fixed exchange rate of 1 euro = 11 dirhams.

CHILDREN POLICY

With the purpose to offer our guests the best experience of quietness & relaxation when staying at Riad Dar-K, no children below the age of 12 years old are allowed at the Riad. Children of 12 years old and over are considered as adults and have to stay in an available bed.
This does not applies in case of Privatization and renting the Riad in excluvity: In such case, there is no limitation regarding children age.

PET POLICY

Animals are not authorized at Riad Dar-K.
